Brian is one expert on handling a 4x4. Got my truck and went on without a hitch.
Back in January i called several companies
No one could I called here to have a old car haul to sell for junk a driver was in 30 minutes in the rain , and took real good care of me
They were super busy, but the lady that assisted us with getting the items out of my recently totaled car was AMAZING. She was courteous and understanding. She made a bad experience better by being so nice. Thank you guys!
There were 3 of us older ladies from MI with a disabled vehicle beside the freeway. The tow truck driver, Tony, was amazing! He was very prompt, courteous, & went WAY above the call of duty! He carried my 86 year old cousin, who was struggling to walk, about 20 feet to the tow truck then got her up into the cab. I have no idea where he got the energy. It was sheer determination to help in time of need. He suggested an auto repair place (who also was very efficient) then towed the car there. Then he suggested a hotel for us close by & took us there making sure there was a room for us on first floor. Tony represents Suburban Towing very well. I HIGHLY recommend Surburban Towing and HIGHLY recommend Tony.
Tony stayed after his shift on Labor Day to come out and rescue us from the freeway. Three older gals traveling from Kentucky to Michigan with a transmission that broke down unexpectedly. He carried my elderly mother as the terrain was rugged and she couldn’t walk. Then he lifted her into the cab. He took our car to Lamberts who were unknown to us since we are from Michigan. He then took us to a local hotel and explained our situation and he got us a discount on our room. Lambert’s had the car repaired before checkout the next day. Tony called the next day to make sure we had made it home safely. How could we ever thank him enough for all that he did. He truly went above and beyond and all of that on a holiday when he could have chosen to go home. Thank you Suburban and thank YOU TONY. God bless you and the business you have there. Vanessa
