Hands down, the most efficient doctor office I’ve ever seen. I’m so happy to see a new reception person because the last one always looked to be in a bad mood. The new assistant is male and he wasn’t very friendly, however all the other assistants are very kind. The PA is awesome, educated, attentive, and personable...I always hope I get her. It’s different because I’m not seeing a “MD”, but I don’t mind because the Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants are more than capable of handling my care. I’m so glad I switched!!

I have been coming to this office for over a year now, and I have always received the best service. The staff is awesome, nice, and respectful. I drive an hour just to come to this office. I trust the doctor with any procedure. They try to find what best often that’s works for you and your condition.

Today was my first visit and everything went very well. The staff was so helpful and friendly. In the last 10 years I’ve had all my major joints replaced and two spinal surgeries so I’ve visited many medical offices over the years and can say, without a doubt, that medical group is is one of best. From the first phone call I made to them, through the necessary referral, acquiring my records and setting up appointments the staff was friendly and efficient. The doctor took the time to speak with me before, during and after my procedure(lumbar epidural) and kindly answered my questions along with giving me some helpful information. The office location is easily accessible by interstate so not a lot of driving through town. Over the years I’ve had this procedure done in hospitals and surgery centers that involved downtown traffic, parking garages, long walks from the car(which isn’t enjoyable if you’re in pain)elevators and multiple floors to get lost on, lol. The hospital and surgery centers were much more expensive too. I parked at the front door and probably only walked 50 feet to the procedure room. Hey, I enjoy long walks when my body is up to it but some of the time it’s nice(and necessary) for your destination to be easily accessible like this was. I think this is one of the longest reviews I’ve ever written but I was really impressed with their service.

I have been going here for a couple years and am very pleased with my treatment plan. They always take care of any issues that seem to pop up on a regular basis with me. No fault of the clinic. Insurance, drug stores and so on. Thanks for the awesome provider care team!

I highly recommend Dr. Lerner's and his fabulous team. Dr. Lerner served our nation’s veterans for 8 years as the Director of Pain Management at the Louisville Veterans Administration Medical Center. You can not find a better team of providers of sound medical support. In addition to Dr. Lerner, I have been seen by his very competent RN team. You will find they are the best Family Nurse Practitioner's. Along with his support team they very knowledgeable and very polite. If you are needing Pain Management you can not find a better team. As a veteran I appreciate having a team that understands veterans and support them!
