Great service

Good bunch of guys. Called them they were here next day. They were at my house when they were supposed to be. Very professional but not in the I know more than you kinda way. Have used a few times and will be the only ones I call.

They were great and very friendly!

I NEVER have luck with home maintenance/repair services. I'm not sure where that luck went, but it left that category pretty early. All of which is to say, I had low expectations and hope for OSTS.

When I called, they were polite, able to give me a quote over the phone, and scheduled me for the next day. They called ahead before coming over, just like they said they would. When they got here, they asked some questions to make sure that we just needed the tank pumped. I appreciated that because if they thought it was something else, I would like to hear that. AND, instead of trying to upsell us into service we didn't need, they agreed that yep, those are classic symptoms of needing your tank pumped, so we'll go ahead and do that.

They pumped the tank quickly, told us the charge would be the exact amount quoted on the phone, and then headed out. Exactly zero muss or fuss.

This was basically the perfect home maintenance/repair services scenario. Maybe I have some luck after all? In any case, I'll for sure be calling OSTS in a few years when the tank needs pumping again.
