I have been using the Lake Pleasant Parkway branch for my banking needs for over a year and have been pleased with all of my visits. The tellers are very pleasant and efficient. Yesterday, I had an appointment with personal banker, Michelle Cerna, to handle closing my deceased mom's bank accounts. Michelle called me ahead of time to discuss my banking needs so that she could make sure my banking needs and to make sure I brought the necessary paperwork to complete the transactions. During the appointment she was efficient, kind (I was a little emotional due to the circumstances), and answered all of my questions patiently.
