The Village Anchor

This is definitely my new favorite restaurant. The food was absolutely incredible and our server/bartender John made the experience fantastic. Can't wait to come back soon!

The Village Anchor is amazing! Me and my wife visited in the early evening. It was not crowded at all, I can only imagine how busy they get at prime dinner time. The atmosphere there is very welcoming and cool looking, my wife called the decor elegantly eccentric😎 The food was UNBELIEVABLE🤤 The salmon was the BEST I ever had, fried chicken was on point, goat cheese appetizer was great, and the elk/beef chili was delicious. BIG praises🙏🏽 We will definitely be back🤙🏽

Delicious food, great ambiance.

We had a great dinning experience with Village Anchor. The ambiance and feel of the restaurant was in inviting and warm. Large fireplaces added to this feeling of warmth. Service was excellent and in the time of covid the tables were spread apart, silverware was wrapped and bagged individually making you feel protected. The food was great wife had the grilled Salmon well prepared and cook to her standard of a moist flaky texture (not over cooked) I had the pork chop with sweet potato and asparagus. It was delicious. Overall a great experience.

Server was great and so was food however I had a reservation because it was Sunday brunch and knew they would be busy! When making res. Had also requested inside by fireplace because We love the atmosphere and they made us sit out under the bubble! We come here for the character not necessarily the food! Kind of ruined the experience for me.

Amazing service! Felt safe amidst Covid restrictions. Here for a small birthday dinner and the birthday girl was treated so well by the staff. We sat "outside", down below and it was warm and toasty. Very comfortable! Highly recommend to anyone needing to get out of the house! Be sure to try the goat cheese app, and the Brussels sprouts salad! Amazing!
