Although the two Customer Service Representatives that I spoke with were helpful beyond measure, my plumbing was out of commission to the point that I couldn't use water in my home at all for four days. A service call had been submitted and accepted by Southern Plumbing and I was expecting Southern Plumbing to send a technician the same day. It wasn't until the day after the service call was submitted and accepted by Southern Plumbing that a technician was sent to my home. I was not able to use water in my home until the fourth day when Southern Plumbing finally sent someone to my home. Then, when they started the job, it took the technicians an hour to find the location of the issue considering there aren't very many entry points for the issue that I was having.
I am very appreciative for them locating and correcting the issue, although, I am unhappy with the timeframe that it took them to get to my service call and to locate the issue.
Outstanding service. Saved my families butts on Christmas Day! Reasonably priced, fair, hardworking, honest. Plumbers name was Tom, if I remember correctly. Great guy, deserves a raise.Tom has been working for these folks for over 30 years. That speaks volumes. A++++
The employees were helpful and made the process of ordering a toilet tank lid very easy. I have bought items from them both in person and online and they have been equally efficient either way.
Southern has done an excellent job for us at several addresses including business and residential. They are very punctual and reliable based on scheduling and quality of service.
