  The staff here are so kind and caring. I would sum them up as the sweetest! They made me comfortable the entire time. They were up to date on the latest info about breastfeeding and meds used in their procedures. Also very accommodating of me bringing my nursing baby with me. Also I had follow up questions after I left and was able to reach a nurse right away.

  This center IS THE BEST EVER! So kind and compassionate! Been to another place for first scope...was horrible! Louisville Endoscopy takes the time to answer questions and treat people with compassion! Won't go any place else for checkups!
  
  Nice to know there are medical offices where people are still treated with respect and kindness! I was beginning to loose hope after my experience with a center in Indiana! And Dr Mark Bronner...IS TOTALLY AWESOME! :) FEELING THANKFUL AND HOPEFUL AGAIN! :)

  I had a procedure at this facility and couldn't have been more pleased. The staff was professional and very friendly. Everyone i spoke with had been employed there for several years which means they like the atmosphere and are treated well and that's what I like to see. They treated me great and the procedure ran on time. My husband had a much different experience at Baptist Hospital. I would highly recommend this facility.

  From start to finish,we were treated with the upmost respect. Very professional and they make sure you are comfortable. They also listened to all of our questions with patience and were never rude or tried to rush us. Would recommend highly Dr Brown and his team!
