I couldn’t be more pleased with my visit with Nick and Carmencita. They did a wonderful job explaining my options then giving me a tour. We are looking at signing up for a multi-year commitment. The facility is very clean and well lit. I recommend people check out CubeSmart before renting from any other facility.

At the time of this review I have been in the storage space for just a few days, so this review is about my rental experience.
The store manager, Brittany, is very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable , and friendly. I ordered my first unit online and called a couple of times to clarify details. She was always helpful and thorough. When I arrived she walked me through everything and made sure things were going well with my movers. When I required a second space, she was able to assist me in finding a unit near my first one and took care of all the details for me. From a customer service standpoint a top notch experience.
The units (mine are the outside garage access) are climate controlled, swept from prior tenants, and spacious.
Overall a great experience.

Super easy rental process. Drive-up access to a climate-controlled unit is so hard to find...love this feature! The Apple Valley location has a solid layout- multiple points of entry/exit. Easy gate code to remember. Plenty of wide (nicely paved) lanes in between storage rows, so there's plenty of space to park and unload. Great, updated facility.

The live sales are so much fun! I look forward to them. I have been so happy with everything I’ve ever ordered online or purchased in the store in person. If you live in Louisville do yourself a favor and visit the store. The staff is the best. You won’t be sorry!

I’m not from KY, but i buy from 3 willows online - great service, fast shipping, Erin the owner answers my many questions & is super sweet! Was excited when i was in KY to stop by & see the store in person! She had the dressing rooms open & cleaned! Which was awesome & helpful! I definitely recommend this store!

This is the best boutique i have been to in a while! Erin the owner was so helpful and sweet! She went out of her way to help me find the perfect outfit ❤️ Her clothes are beautiful and stylish! Oh and her dressing rooms were OPEN and so clean! I just got her on line App to so i can scroll through her inventory anytime! Love this place!!!!

This is the best boutique I’ve ever been to! Not only were the clothes so cute, with multiple sizes to fit even plus size women, but the dressing rooms were open and sanitized to feel comfortable trying things on. Erin, the owner, was incredibly kind and helpful. My whole family went to find something to wear in a pinch for a funeral. She was helpful, kind, and went out of her way to help us find what we needed. Her online shop is just as awesome as the store. I’ll be back and this will be my new number one shopping spot!
