(October 21, 2020, 2:13 pm)I first went to the T-Mobile inside of the St Matthews Mall where my boyfriend and I switched providers and got new phones. It was a horrible experience. Our screen protectors were put on incorrectly, we were mislead about certain charges and they messed up so bad that my bill will be incorrect for 24 more months.
I show up to this location with a laundry list of things that need fixing and out comes Kevin. Kevin was amazing, and patient, and solved every issues we had to the best of his ability. He explained everything very thoroughly and made sure that our issues caused by the employees at the mall were all resolved.
My boyfriend and I decided we will come see Kevin for everything we need at t-mobile for as long as we can. -
