  Had my oil and transmission serviced at one of the quickie service centers. They failed to drain the original transmission fluid and pumped in the appropriate amount of new fluid. Needless to say it didn’t take long until I had a major leak and break down. My vehicle was towed to Discount Transmission where they promptly diagnosed And corrected the other guys mistake. Always well, until my wrench light on the dashboard indicated I had yet ace another transmission issue. James quickly diagnosed it using his computer, turns out it was a brake light switch sending a faulty code to the computer. James showed me how to correct the problem myself. Saving big money!!!!   The did a wonderful job with my transmission rebuild on a 1978 Vette. The price was great, and the workmanship was even better! Everyone is very friendly to make sure all questions are answered. Calls answered. They went even beyond transmission repair to put a missing bolt on my brake caliper and tightened up a vacuum hose. I was impressed by their professionalism and taking care of what I needed done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who would need transmission work done.

  I took my vehicle in for transmission evaluation. Was told by a previous shop that the car needed a new transmission. Received a call from James at Discount with the news that all I needed was a motor mount, transmission mount replaced, and new wheel bearings. Needless to say I was stunned. Talk about savings, wow. Although they didn’t do the work there he did steer me in the right direction. Can’t thank them enough. I highly recommend Discount Transmission and have told all my friends about them.
