  The process from start to finish was surprising simple, the sales rep had me in and out with the keys to my car in no time and was able to pair me with a vehicle to my standard.
  The pricing for a whole week was very generous and we never had any issues, I would encourage anyone who plans a long getaway be it business or recreational to consider them.

  Representative was very nice and helpful. Line was long because Enterprise was the ONLY car rental agency open due to the covid-19 pandemic. Only one representative was there for a bit. He did a great job of getting the line quickly down. The second employee arrived and was just as friendly and quick. The customer In front of me cussed the employee because he did not have a reservation and no cars were available. The employee handled it with such professionalism and grace. Got a really great deal using my points and the Ford F150 was so awesome that I hated to take it back. Great service! Hope everyone can learn to be kind to retail workers. They are doing the best they can during a very difficult time. Much thanks to these two employees. And to Enterprise for being open when no other rental agency was. Enterprise and these two employees sure earned our respect and loyalty!

  I like to go to Derby City Classic Pool Tournament that is held annually in January and spend 3 or 4 days. There are other things I like to do in the terrific hospitality city of Louisville. I am there for pleasure and need a car to get around.
  
  Well in advance of leaving on my trips I make an online reservation at Enterprise Car Rental at SDF for an economy car. On arrival, at the Enterprise counter picking up my car, I ask if they have any cool cars on the lot we can talk about for upgrade. They have never failed me! The counter staff work hard to accommodate and this year in a few minutes Carly found a new Jaguar SUV having less than 3000 miles on it for me. Then she went to work on the price (photo of invoice attached).
  
  Of all the Enterprise Rental counters I have been at in my life this one hands down is far above all others. Everyone I have worked with at SDF Enterprise has been knowledgeable, easy to work with and genuine. No corporate scripts and they aren’t compromising their individual personalities. That is my experience. From the counter it is an easy walk to the lot and just as easy locating your car. Return is the same experience.
  
  The Jaguar was terrific, great car to drive. I had unfortunate schedule and work interferences for a few years and not in Louisville since 2015. In 2015 on my Derby City Classic trip they hooked me up with a Mustang.

  LOVE Enterprise!! They are always fast, friendly, and very accommodating. My first rental went off without a hitch. This last time, I asked for an "Economy" vehicle and this truck is all that they had left. At first I wasn't thrilled because I was going to be driving a lot of miles. However, they offered me the same price, plus a free tank of gas to accommodate for the difference. The staff is always friendly and ready to help with whatever questions you have. Will definitely be my first choice when I need a rental car in the future!
