They always carefully explain what they are going to do beforehand. I completely trust their skill and expertise. The doctor always calls personally the same evening to check in with us! Not the nurse, but the doctor himself! He will follow up with repeated phone calls if necessary. Who does that anymore? Have friends who have shared the same experience.
