The only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars is the fact that everyone was locked out of their rooms from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and that caused anxiety to a lot of patients, but I see why it's necessary. “I had a breast augmentation done here today, I wanted to make sure I gave them the highest rating possible. My nurse was so so so extremely helpful and caring, her bedside manner was BEYOND amazing and she was constantly making sure I wasn’t too cold or asking if I needed anything and she did a wonderful job making me feel comfortable and less anxious by having genuine conversations with me, and she was able to do this so early in the morning?! Amazing! And honestly the entire staff of the facility were wonderful I had multiple nurses making sure I was okay and I just felt in really good hands, even the front desk lady was extremely kind and patient which is very rare to find now a days! I hope that any time I need surgery in the future that I can go here absolutely wonderful. THANK YOU PREMIER!! I’”
