(Not money hungry like some other offices) I overpaid my account once my insurance processed the claim and they actually were able to put my refund back on my debit card rather than a snail mail check!! My kids have 2 dental insurances and I can’t even get their dentist office to file both claims.”

“When Dr. Guarnaschelli retired my primary care provider recommended Dr. Doss. He is kind and compassionate but above all probably the best surgeon I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a lot since being injured in Hurricane Katrina). My last surgery he squeezed me In before leaving town so I wouldn’t have to suffer any longer than he could help it. I cannot express my gratitude enough for that decision. He will also tell you when surgery can, in his opinion, do more harm than good. So he referred me to a pain clinic for my lower back multitude of issues. His staff is top notch and also compassionate and helpful and fun to chat with. The new office is modern with lots of room (no being jammed into a small waiting room). Cannot recommend him strong enough…I’d give him 10 ⭐️ if Google allowed it.”

“Unfortunately since this is an emergency room, you’ll expect to do your fair share of waiting. Total time was around 4 hours. Waited over an hour in the waiting room, and had to also patiently wait in my given room. Outside of the wait time, however, the staff and care received were wonderful. The nurses and doctor that took care of me were incredibly nice and personable. They offered me a blanket, which came to me warmed and was very comforting as someone who get anxious in hospitals. Any labs or things that needed to be done were explained in good detail and made me feel comfortable with the care I received. Luckily, I wasn’t stuck there all day, but I definitely had to do a lot of waiting. When you’re in bad pain, it feels like forever. However, most urgent cares and ER’s are usually known for long wait times. The staff from start to finish helped the process to not feel as overwhelming despite the length of my stay.”

“Best place ever. Started here 4 years ago with my daughter. A kid so medically complex places were turning us down. Not only did the therapist work with my daughter but helped me a learn how to advocate for her. When we first started it was under different management. Sarah knew this would help and push for us to start aqua therapy. After many many times talking with the executive Director it was finally approved. Sloane has hit milestones with them. The new team that’s in place now is the best. The new executive Director has made this place excel offering more therapies to more kids more horse rides more OT, speech, PT! My daughter goes out of state for intensive therapy and I will tell you these girls care. They are the only ones who have reached out to that facility to get notes so that they can work on The things we’ve learned when we get back. Hands-down would recommend.”
