“My roof leaked during Hurricane Ida. As a result, I had water damage to ceilings and walls in some of the rooms. Shawn and Jennifer were so helpful. They were very patient as they answered all my questions and explained everything fully to my satisfaction. There was asbestos in my home and Jennifer was the mediator between my insurance company and the asbestos mediation company. I don't remember the crew names but they were great also. Mopped the floors when they were finished!! A wonderful, professional company!!! Would not hesitate to work with them again if needed.”

“This location of Crossroads IGA is more than just a convenience store. It's more like a convenience store+. It's also a legitimate grocery store. It's also a Subway. It's also a Shell gas station (one of the few left in the greater Louisville area, I might add.) It's also in a great location, given it's proximity between the Gene Snyder and J-town. I'm always surprised by just how big it is and what they carry. Surprisingly the prices are not convenience store prices on most items and they're generally well stocked. They do a great job of keeping the customer areas clean, even in wet, snowy weather. I've eaten at the Subway a number of times and never been disappointed. Being one of the few remaining Shell stations (I tend to be a loyalist) brings me here on a weekly basis. While most of the Shell stations have converted to Circle K, I'm hoping this one stays.”

The business secures one’s belongings in an impressive way, and loans seem to be very fair, literally double what was offered elsewhere.
