“I've been at Fixation two months and I am obsessed. All the coaches are thorough with explanations of every movement, and will work with you on proper form and technique. This isn't a box where you are going to walk in and hurt yourself because you have bad technique, they're going to have you scale down and truly learn the movements. They scale everything to your level, whether you can't do a pushup or you can rep out 50. The people are kind (if you've never had 10 near strangers cheer you on to push through something you weren't sure you could do, get ready for some serious support and motivation).
