“I’ve been a customer at this store for more than 20 years in both the pharmacy and the g store itself. I’ve never experienced a rude employee, as a matter of fact they have always been pleasant and helpful. Like many places the pharmacy can be understaffed at times in recent years but that isn’t the employees fault. I think customers should be more patient with any customer-service based business as finding good people to work can be very difficult. As well some corporations tend to decrease staffing in order to improve profits. Again not the employees fault.”
