“After my initial review of American Farm mortgage, the CEO of the company gave me a call the next morning, to apologize for how the companies representative handled the situation. He was very well spoken and wanted to know what happen and what needed to be done to fix the situation. After a hour conversation with him, I came to the realization that they do care greatly about there customer experience because as he put it they work for the customer and customer can always leave to find another bank if there not happy with the customer service. To me this was a huge plus with the possibility of working with a bank, one that's willing to apologize and work with you to see whats needed to improve. I personally still wouldn't work with chip pratt from NY but i am willing to give them another try to see how good other representatives can do.”

The atmosphere was pleasant. Our server was kind, helpful, and attentive. We could tell she was new so there was some grace given there. The manager also came by to see how we were doing several times. Highly recommend the green chili wontons and derby pie.”

“A dingy basement gym. It smells like sweat and full of old equipment and older bodybuilder posters. If you want to get access to free weights for a reasonable price with no contract and friendly employees this is your place. They have three squat racks for Pete's sake, and all in an area that can't be much more than 900 sq feet. All function, no frills. I love it.”

“I came in to the store with what I thought was a dead battery after I couldn’t get my wife’s car to start even with jumper cables. They tested the battery and found all of the metrics were good so they asked us what the make and model of the car was and one of the employees went off to go look it up. He very quickly tracked down a particular fuse that is known to be finicky for this model and pointed us to some replacement fuses in the store. When we got home we replaced the fuse like they said and the car started up right away! 5/5”
