“I hired Jackson Painters 502 to repair and stain a 28X16 deck that had rotted hand rails and to repaint a spare bathroom that had been botched by a different local contractor. They installed all new pressure treated hand rails and ended up staining the deck with a premium stain that looks amazing. They also figured out the issue with the spare bathroom that was caused by glue residue that was left from a wallpaper border removal. The previous contractor failed to prep the walls. Jackson painters prepped the walls and painted 2 coats. The paint had been bubbling all over and now it's a perfect as they day they repainted and it has been 6 months. We couldn't be happier. They showed up exactly when they said they would, they worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves every day. I highly recommend them. See the Before, during and after photos.”

“What a blessing. When our father had a stroke years ago our family's life was changed forever. At first he was easily manageable at home, and he enjoyed being at home. He continued to have small mini strokes though, which caused a progressive dementia. About 3 years ago it became obvious that we would need to find a more safe environment for him. Luckily we found The Beehive of Smyrna, which is right down the road from where all of his children grew up and where he and our mother have lived for over 50 years. The Beehive has been such a blessing. The facility is clean, modern, welcoming and has a family atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and caring towards the residents. I think my father gained a few pounds at first because he loved the food so much. He always seemed happy, and he was always well cared for. Of course it is a secured facility, but they provided us with a unique id for entry, and we could enter at any time and find the place exactly as mentioned above. When we visit, there are nice sitting areas to sit quietly away from other residents or there are some common areas we can sit with everyone. On weekends they have activities for the residents such as entertainers and DJs, and my Dad always seemed to enjoy these as well. During holidays they would have special holiday events. Also, my father is a Korean War Veteran, and they arranged for him to have a special military certificate and afterwards the staff had all in attendance to stand up and sing the Star Spangled Banner. It was a special moment. His dementia eventually progressed to the point that it became too difficult for the staff to care for him there and we needed to find a higher level facility for his safety. When that time came, they even helped us with that transition as well. After we left the facility, I would get texts asking how our father was doing and letting us know how much they miss him.Obviously, I highly recommend the Beehive of Smyrna, it felt like a home away from home for our Dad that deserved it and needed it at that time.”

“Dr. Dripchak is extremely intelligent. His bedside manner is straightforward, honest, and caring. He is very much a perfectionist. Any questions that I had/have, he answers clearly and does not use intense medical terminology that I do not understand, since I do not come from a medical background. His office is great to work with. All of his nurses, but one in particular in his Stonestreet location (I’m so upset that I can’t remember her name right now) is so very kind and empathetic. My injury was a Workers comp injury and his office staff was easy to contact and I didn’t have to jump through hoops in order to speak with the office. I pray that I don’t break anymore bones, but if the unfortunate happens again, I will know who to go to.”
