I had a wonderful experience with car star this being my first time they kept me updated regularly and got my car done fast and customer service was excellent EXCEPT......... for the fact I had 90 miles in my gas tank when the tow truck came to get my car and when I picked my car up it only had 40 miles of gas left... given the locations it needed to he there is no way it should only have that much left in my tank...
Carstar in Nicholasville did an awesome job on my Lexus. Couldn't even tell it had been wrecked! I was referred by Lexus of Lexington, and True Blue Towing and was not disappointed! Definitely a top choice for luxury models, or any vehicle for that matter!
My car got T- boned in the passenger side, causing damage to both doors and surrounding area. They finished the work on time, communicated well to both the insurance company and myself. My car is cleaner then when I left the dealership I think. I highly recommend!! I am new to the area so I went strictly by Google reviews and insurance recommendations- they were correct! Best around

First time using CarStar. Extremely impressive service! Excellent body repair on my Tundra! Thomas kept me informed on the progress, he dealt with the insurance company for a stress free experience. I was immensely impressed with the interior and exterior detailing. This is a work truck...it was very dusty with months of accumulated dirt. When Thomas presented the truck to me I wasn't sure it was mine. THANK YOU CARSTAR!!!
