The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was that one of the employees could have been friendlier. The manager was super nice. He introduced himself and said if I needed anything to just ask. I really appreciate that kind of service.

They didn’t have the particular vehicle we were looking for, so they found the perfect one and brought it to the dealership for us to purchase. The employees were really kind and helpful throughout the whole process too. Definitely would recommend!

(October 14, 2020, 4:14 pm)Service was good, but they still need to up their customer service skills. I received an automated text that it was time to schedule an oil change. I called, got a voice mail, left a message saying I needed to schedule an appointment for an oil change, but no one returned my call. After a few days, I just took it in for the oil change.
October 9, 2020 Service seems much better. They even washed the car after the oil change and recall check. Jennifer is very polite, courteous and knowledgeable. She should get 5 stars. -

Robby was very professional, straightforward, honest and helpful. I felt like I was working with a big brother who wouldn't steer me in the wrong direction or allow me to proceed with a purchase I'd regret. Good luck Robby!
