“I have been in treatment along with my 12 year old son now for about 9 months and I love having Dr. Tipton as my Orthodontics. He is really a caring person.After he put in braces the same following week-end he called me over the week-end off hours to make sure everything was o.k. and he also did the same for my son. He is very good about listening to his patients, and is very patient, and very respectful to them as well. He also gave my son and I a really nice spin brush for our treatment. to get us started. He has a really great personality. He has a very good sense of humor, and works really well with children and adults. He knows how to put a smile on your face and brighten your day. His staff members are really friendly as well and make you feel like you are part of a family. If I had to pick who is my favorite staff member , I would have to say Leslie. She is very patient, kind, and very gentle, funny and very out going too! She too listens to you and she is very compassionate!! My son really likes Nicole, and Leslie too. But, that is if I had to pick from Nicholasville office. They all are very nice people. I have also been in his office in Lexington too and it to is a really nice office. If you are waiting on someone in the lobby you can grab you a sit and relax with a cup of coffee or cup of hot coco too while you wait. The staff members there are very friendly as well. Dr. Tipton tries every way possible to make sure your treatment is the best treatment for you. He has seen me on very short notice more than once. He has even worked through his lunch once for me as well. He puts you first!! :) If you are looking for a very good Orthodontic I highly recommend that you see Dr. Tipton first!!”

Even in these times having a welcoming and friendly feel can be challenging, however they do a really good of making you feel welcomed and safe. I recently got my braces off and the result blew past any original expectations I had. Dr. Morris pays extreme attention to every detail of your smile. She’s upfront, honest and is not trying to string you along just to get money. Originally I was supposed to have my braces for 2 years and some change however I’m glad to say it ended up only taking a year and a half, after listening and following Dr. Morris’s instructions. Now I know everyones experience is/will be different but I’d much rather have a experience with someone who under promises (hearing more time than wanting to hear) and over Delivers! Than someone who over promises and under delivers!”

“My son (who is a special needs person) needed a Covid test. This wasn’t going to be an easy task as he is usually afraid of the doctor’s office. Baptist Health was highly professional from our first phone call to checking in to the usual diagnostic run throughs and finally the test itself. Everyone was very nice to him and comforting. This was late in the day after seeing several patients already. The staff deserve a standing ovation for sure! Thank you!”
