  Have been coming here for years even though there are other bagel places closer to my house. Their food and service are top notch. Yesterday I came in late in the day for a large order to take to a family get together. Most of the bagels were great - one flavor was overcooked and too tough to eat. I stopped in this morning and explained the situation to the manager who was working alongside her team. She remembered me and what time I came in. She replaced them with fresh bagels no questions asked. That's the kind of great customer service that will keep me coming back and telling my friends about what a great experience I had at the Brueggers in Sun Ray.

  Very friendly staff, the lady who took my caribou drink order was very detailed, attentive, and asked questions to verify my order. Another lady was there to help to make sure the order was correct. I needed to pick up a work call on my phone and they allowed me to do so with my mask on and I was fine with not drinking my beverage until I leave the store. Store is clean and organized. My Customer experience was superb at this store. Thanks.

  Stopped in to get bagels for the week, and the girls working were so bright and cheery this morning. They got my drink fast, and my two big bundles done right away. Thank you!!
