The staff is great and polite, the manager cares about his customers and staff, the overall experience has been great! And the trade ins have increased! I didn’t come into a GameStop for over 10 years, but I come in all the time now!

(August 17, 2020, 8:33 pm)John is a miracle worker!! Very compassionate, great listener and very knowledgeable. My 1st visit I was skeptical but having issues from a pelvic tumor requiring a catheter when water pills didn’t work. I looked 6 months pregnant when I went in and the instant he put a needle in the pressure point for my bladder, I immediately felt a warming sensation move up my legs and around my stomach and within 10 mins I had to use the restroom. I became a believer that day and never needed a catheter again until I had surgery several months later. He explains everything and has great knowledge and really listens to my concerns as I have several medical ailments and autoimmune issues. If you every thought about acupuncture, do it! Go see John!! He is truly the best kept secret in NKY.
