(February 19, 2020, 8:13 am)I was in between meetings and my eyes were causing me great pain and distress. When I stopped in Dr. Saini's office, I asked if there was any way to be seen even though I didn't have an appointment. The receptionist was very nice and said she would ask the Dr. if she had time to see me. I was lucky! They were in between appointments and no one was in the waiting room. Dr. Saini saw me within 10 minutes of me arriving and she was sympathetic, professional and thorough in her exam. I appreciate how her first course of action was to try a combination of over the counter drops with instructions to call the office in a few days if they didn't work so she could call in a prescription. I feel so much better today and will always go back to Dr. Saini for medical attention for my eyes!

(December 24, 2019, 8:20 am)Dr. Saini is the best! She is very clear and direct with medical needs but she is warm and inviting and makes you feel like family or an old friend. The office has a joy that is uncommon in the medical field. It authentically feels like everyone enjoys their jobs.

(December 19, 2019, 10:16 am)The office was efficient, the waiting area sufficient and the appointment time kept. Dr. Saini is personable and professional. She clearly explained every step of the way. I would go back again and refer others.
Not a big fan of the retail side (affiliated with office but separate). They were moderately busy so had to wait to be served (not a big deal). However, to purchase my prescription through the retail side, even with insurance, was fully 2x the cost of what I was able to get out-of-network elsewhere for equal quality lenses and frames.
