  Excellent service unless you are just there to pick up or drop off, while someone else is buying diamonds. You can wait a very long time for assistance, in this situation. I don't like the priority placed on customers who are spending the most money. I would rather shop online than go into the store for items that the employees aren't expecting a large commission on. I've been left standing, while sales person spotted a potentially large diamond sale they didn't want to miss out on. Understandable that they'd want to get that sale but still very rude.

  Maddie with Jared was amazing and gave such great customer service! She was very knowledgeable and ensured I had all the information I needed in making my purchase and getting my ring inspected/cleaned. Thank you!

  Priscilla and Kevin took care of me 100%. I came in looking for a particular ring and Priscilla treated me like an old friend. Kevin was very patient when I came back a few days later and made me feel like they are here for me, and I could take all the time I needed. I really love how they took care of me! Jareds has always treated me amazing.
