They sent me a better computer to replace it at no additional cost, and sat on the phone with me to help me transfer all my information to the new computer. I love a company that takes care of problems that are bound to happen with their inventory, and nobody has handled those problems better for me than Deluxe PCs. You will absolutely love dealing with these guys.
