  A lifting injury that i thought was going to keep me out of the gym for a while due to a lot of tension in my upper trap/neck area. I saw Ray to see if he could help me out.
  
  The word AMAZING is an understatement. Ray was quick to diagnose what was going on, i was having trouble with muscle dyskinesia which was causing my traps to become overactive. Ray put together a great workout routine to help target the smaller muscles to relieve the tension on my traps. On top of it different recovery techniques such as dry needling and cupping were used to help relieve tension in the trigger points and allow blood to get into the muscles to help heal them faster.
  
  Instead of missing time from he gym i was able to continue my training and help get a better understanding of how my body works. Something that had been an on going issue and possibly a weak point now strong.
  
  If i need anything going forward i know who to go to right away now thanks to Ray!

  5 stars hands down! I had been living with discomfort for the past several years due to a previous injury. Over the past two months Ray has helped me feel the best I have in almost 8 years. From your first visit you can tell Ray truly has a passion for helping his clients get better.

  A great experience anyway you look at it. The location is easy and atmosphere is energetic. I arrived, barely able to use my left arm after a training injury. 6 weeks later and I’m back to training thanks to Ray. Would definitely recommend.

  This is a very well run and highly skilled manual physical therapy practice. I have been treated by the same physical therapist, Ray, for the last two months and his method of stretching and exercising have been incredibly beneficial in treating an array of my injuries from neck, to shoulder, and lower back. I have experienced a dramatic increase in flexibility as a result of Ray’s work. All the pain and discomfort prior to visiting Ray has been addressed and eliminated.
  
  Overall great service with fun environment being located inside of a gym. Couldn’t recommend this clinic enough!

  One month ago I saw Ray for pain I had been experiencing in my lower back for the last 2 years. I've seen several different doctors, massage therapists, and chiropractors, but had always been unsuccessful in completely getting rid of my pain. I have two young girls who I'm now able to pick up off the ground without sharp shooting pain running down to my feet. I have also began to return to the gym which has not only helped me feel stronger and fitter but I now have a clearer mind and better attitude every day. I cannot recommend Ray at RANIER Physical Therapy enough for people suffering from pain, especially if you have gone to see other providers but still have pain.
