They offer classes of varying levels of fitness and difficulty to not only meet your current abilities but to grow to the next level. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and teach/lead in both a safe and entertaining way. Classes are offered 7 days a week at a variety of times to fit almost any schedule. The building also has a lot of great history and a beautiful hardwood floor on the second floor that makes for an experience that no other yoga/fitness studio can come close to providing. I've been attending for 6 months and it has made a profound difference in my physical, mental, and emotional well being.

EDITED: Love Stephanie and all that she is able to offer. I was able to take advantage of the new student deal and try out many of her yoga classes including a special event. I have seen so much personal growth in practice both on and off the mat. Would HIGHLY recommend this to people of all levels and spaces :)
