“I started training with Gage about 10 months ago and it is by far one of the best decisions I have ever made. Before, I was working out regularly on my own but I wasn’t seeing any progress on increasing my muscle, or overall strength. Gage helped me correct my form, and body movement for a variety of exercises, ultimately making them 100 times more effective. He also sat down with me to discuss my goals, and from there we came up with a plan on how to execute and achieve them. This included a customized nutritional protocol that was super easy to follow, and offered a wide variety of food options making it impossible for me to get bored. The best part of my experience with Gage, outside of improving my fitness and seeing results, would be the environment his business provides. I have met and trained alongside with many of his clients, some I now consider friends, and the first thing I noticed was that regardless of your fitness level, everyone is so positive and encouraging of one another. I feel like that is something so hard to come by anymore and I definitely have never experienced such positivity in any other type of fitness facility. “I am an employee at the Walton location. I love my job and love the kids! We have a learning curriculum for each room incorporating fine and large motor skills, sensory, and lots of fun! All the teachers are extremely nice and passionate about what they do. I spend hours each night working on my lesson plans to make each child's day is special and hope that they learn as much as possible. We work on colors, numbers, letters, shapes, and sign language. I love this center! It is super clean. We clean during nap and then the rooms are cleaned again at night. During nap we clean the bathrooms in full, clean the sinks, door knobs, toys, and walls. In the evening it is repeated. I don't know where these people are coming from saying it's dirty and there is no structure. I work extremely hard for my kids in my classroom and I know everyone there does for their room too.”

Sadly, I could never type you a positive review on any of the others I’ve been to. It takes the edge of the anxiety when the people in the office as so personable, so family cohesive, so helpful and sweet, yet amazingly efficient and work so well together. The front office side is as efficient as it gets .. the back office side is unmatchable. As a business owner, I trained myself to not leave bad reviews over one bad experience...everyone has bad days. And I feel like the only time we think about leaving one is when we are truly upset. But I started to realize that like everyone else, I do not leave enough reviews for the amazing places in my life either. This place deserves that.
