AT&T Store

So much better than Verizon, I had Verizon for years but they kept going up on my monthly bill so we went to at&t to see what their plans were and ended up switching there services is great and I saved over 150 a month with them compared to Verizon

I had an awesome experience at this AT&T store! I was switching from another provider on line at the ATT website, but my order got canceled for some reason. I went into the Berea location for help and the gentleman was able to solve the problem quickly, while also helping me leave my new line and my new phone. Overall I think this location does an outstanding job helping their customers.

Needed an upgrade on my phone bought a iPhone 15 pro max and Megang and the store manager Jeremy was very helpful getting everything switched over. They explained everything so well tome. Very satisfied customer and I would recommend them to anyone! Also ended up buying my first Apple Watch as well. Very pleased with both products and customer service I got from them!!

Had a wonderful experience at the AT&T store in Berea, KY. Megan and Jeremy were awesome and I would definitely recommend this store if you need any help or services.
