Rotech of Richmond

I’m still trying to find a CPAP mask that I can sleep in and not throw across the room after a few hours...
But, I think mask preference depends on a lot of factors-none of which the respiratory therapist can control.
I’ve found Rotech easy to work with, though somewhat informal, which I don’t mind.
Overall nice people. So far.

Am trying to get fitted for a mask. There is no professional assistance in choosing the mask. They say due to Covid you look and choose off the shelf like a discount store. The thing shocked me is the black cloth curtains at the receptionist window and the clutter obvious to the customer. I am very disappointed in this office.

I've seen the bad reviews on here, but let me tell you another side. The hospital contacted a company in Lexington. I needed a hospital bed, wheel chair, and bed side toilet for my mom who just got out of the hospital. That company said we will try to have it today and then would not answer any calls the rest of the day. I called Rotech 2 hours before they were going to close. He guaranteed me he would have it to my house that day. 3 hours later it arrived. I believe this is a great company, since they came through for me, even after hours. I still haven't heard from the company in Lexington...
