Absolutely awesome experience! Would HIGHLY recommend purchasing from the awesome team at Dennis Dillon.

We saw a vehicle at Dennis Dillon (online) that we wanted to look at. We called the dealership to see if it was still available prior to driving all the way there. The guy who answered (Mikey) was friendly and knowledgeable. He told us it was still available and invited us to come in to take a look.

Upon arrival, the vehicle was already pulled right up front. It was newly washed. As we walked up Mikey came outside to greet us. He was friendly but not pushy. We took the vehicle for a test ride and decided to start the purchase process.

Mikey was very laid back and friendly. He was very honest and straight forward. Mikey had already combed over the vehicle and was straight forward about it all, making sure we were well aware of what we were looking at and considering purchasing.

Let’s be honest the process of buying a car is often long and excruciating. In the past it feels like a poker game. This was not what we experienced at Dennis Dillon.

With Mikey, he made the whole process feel like we were all old friends hanging out and having fun.

Mikey introduced us to Eric. Eric was direct and straight forward when it came to the numbers. He was fair and trustworthy.

We were then introduced to Jake, the Finance Manager. He showed us that they were accredited and walked us step-by-step through the entire process.

Just like with Mikey, Eric and Jake made us feel like we were making a deal with old friends.

It was clear that the entire dealership was a well run facility.

Oh, and did I mention we were there late. I felt bad about it. Every single person in the facility made us feel welcome, even with keeping them after hours. Even people who weren’t directly dealing with us.

After the deal was done, Mikey walked us out and showed us how to work the electronic features (and even helped us set things up). He also showed us (in detail) the towing features we had asked about.

Mikey, Eric, and Jake, provided such great service. They went above and beyond any car buying experience we have ever had.

If I had to grade the Dennis Dillon team, I would give them an A+++.

Brandon did an incredible job helping us with a 2019 Jeep Cherokee. We asked Brandon to be available earlier then first planned & he made himself available. The Jeep was ready to preview & he explained all the settings. He stayed with us through the whole buying process. He was very personable & knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Brandon to other buyers & contact him again if we ever choose to buy another vehicle.

I can’t say enough about about the help I received at this lot! From application to financing, the folks here made my purchase a breeze! Eric, Brandon and the gentleman in financing, were both so incredible and accommodating, I was so fortunate to have them on my team during this process. My car was not in a good way, and Brandon was so kind to come and pick me up from work at the village in meridian, and drive me ALL the way to the canyon county lot! He was knowledgeable and understood what I needed, and what I didn’t need. Eric was incredible with helping me understand all the things I needed to know and made me feel comfortable. We had a late night and he even made sure I ate! The gentleman in financing wasn’t pushy, didn’t try to sell me everything under the moon, and made sure I understood everything clearly. Really, a great group of guys out there!

Being a woman going through the car buying process can be scary. But the boys out there really helped me feel comfortable, and also, in control of my situation. Now, I’m in a beautiful new car that I never in a million years thought would be possible. I appreciate you all so much! You’re so cool!

Smaller dealership which provided a more personal experience. Our salesperson, Seith, was awesome from our first arrival at the dealership. After meeting the rest of the sales team it was evident that everyone worked well together which carried over to our buying experience. Although I've never "enjoyed" the whole car buying process, this was relatively painless and quick! Would definitely recommend Dennis Dillon in Caldwell and also our salesperson Seith!
