Lori was truly exceptional! I live in MI, and when my uncle passed away in NJ, I asked Lori if she could help sell the house. Since she lives in KY and therefore wasn’t licensed in NJ, she set out to search for a trustworthy realtor for me. She took the time to interview agents in New Jersey until she found one that she thought I would be comfortable working with, and she definitely found a great agent for me.

Although I was working with the agent in NJ, I did call Lori several times to ask her opinion and answer questions for me when I was confused about the process. I was impressed with her level of knowledge and patience in the process, which was a bit complicated in another state. We ended up selling the house for above the asking price, which was pretty awesome!

When I later considered selling my own property in MI, of course I again asked Lori if she could just sell my property for me, but again she had to find another realtor here in MI. It really would be helpful if realtors could just be licensed all over, because she’s the one I’d most prefer to work with! However, when I’ve had to use someone else, she’s been excellent with her referrals.

I would definitely recommend Lori for your buying and selling needs, and if you need a referral, she doesn’t just spout off a name and number she found in a directory. She actually takes the time to contact them and talk to them to make sure they are a perfect fit for you. The realtor she found for me in NJ was very supportive of the fact that I was overwhelmed and had just lost a family member. It was exactly what I needed being out there all by myself.

I think I texted and called Lori a few times when I was out there, and she was always there to answer any questions and reassure me that things were going as they were supposed to. She definitely gave me the confidence she would able to get the job done for her clients.

Lori Stoneburner went above and beyond to help me buy my dream house. Her constant communication between me and the sellers was so helpful. I can’t say enough great things about her and her company. Highly recommend
