My favorite chiropractor - and I've tried four different ones here in town! Dr. Phil is good at what he does... and so are a couple of other local practitioners. What I really love about Back In Shape is how easy it is to check-in for an appointment. Every other practitioner I have visited requires pages of paperwork filled out each visit. At Back In Shape I can drop in, get adjusted, and get back to my life with just a signature on the sign-in sheet. Just what I needed.

I was having severe back pain from sitting in front of the computer all day and he has helped me improve in just one week already. I also started taking my 13 yr old daughter who has back pain from poor posture. My daughter said she didn't realize your back is supposed to feel so good. She loves going and doesn't even mind that I make her go first thing in the morning. 😁

She had never been to a chiropractor but finally decided it was worth a try. She was amazed that Dr. Phil was able to fix her. She does not hurt anymore at all.
