La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bardstown

The indoor pool was too cold at 76 degrees, and front desk would not make it warmer. They said that it would cause bacterial growth, which is not believable. The pool was basically unusable for the kids, and this is why we booked this hotel.

Everything else was great. The hotel is new and clean. Staff friendly. Breakfast was very decent. Overall the value was fair, just disappointed with the cool pool temp.

The entire facility was very clean. I spend 30 + nights a year in hotels, this one was as clean and well managed as any I've ever been in. I want to particularly recognize the breakfast attendant on Sunday, October 22nd. She was very industrious and kept that area as clean and nice as possible in spite of a full house of guests. She does a fantastic job and deserves to be commended.

The staff was super friendly; the rooms clean; the beds comfortable; the breakfast was excellent. They had Waffles, biscuits (soft) & gravy, eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, and the best potatoes. The view was pleasing, not our normal roof top/air conditioning view.

Great value and perfect location. Stayed while visiting bourbon trail. Rooms are nice and clean. Bed is comfy. Pillows are a little soft for my liking but no big deal. Staff is friendly. Continental breakfast offers eggs, sausage, biscuits, cereal, bagels, juice, etc. Pool is nice for the kids albeit a little cold. Would definitely stay here again.
