In December I towed my mother-in-laws 2014 Impala from Texas behind a U-Haul truck. I attempted to back up, an endeavor that I found not easy. I ended up jack knifing her car into the tow dolly causing some serious damage to the passenger door and rocker panel. Promising her I'd take care of the damage, I received estimates from several dealers and body shops, I chose Roy's because his estimate was reasonable and the shop was conveniently located. The work took a few days longer than I anticipated because the insurance company wanted to replace with a used door but the folks at Roy's insisted on a new one. When I arrived to retrieve the car I was amazed. The body work and paint match was perfection. I even saved over $200 on my deductible. Even the interior was spotless. (It wasn't when I dropped it off.) I highly recommend the professionals at Roy's Body Shop for price and quality of work. I also recommend not volunteering to tow your mother-in-laws car.
