  Bret sold my home in less than a week after listing it, and he walked me through the purchase of my new home. Bret was right there with me every step of the way and promptly responded to every question or concern I had. If you want a Realtor who looks out for your best interest then Bret is the one to call. He even discounts his commission for veterans, law enforcement, teachers, etc through his Heroes Home Advantage discount program.

  We used Bret to sell our house in Georgetown, KY. As a military family who moves frequently and often with short notice, it was necessary for us to have a realtor with real knowledge of the area, connections with locals, and who is accessible. Bret always answered texts and calls immediately, sent info on potential buyers, and gave us prompt feedback following showings. Our house closed for the amount Bret estimated it would and within the time frame he told us to expect. The process couldn't have gone smoother. Also, he is a major local community and military/law enforcement supporter. Great realtor, great person.

  We listed our lakeside house located in Mallard Point, Scott County, Kentucky with Bret Halverson in April 2018. Within 2 days he sold our house for more than we listed it for. He's incredibly hard working, knowledgeable and dependable. I commend and recommend him for a truly professional job.

  You couldn’t have asked for a realtor to do more for his client. Always answers his phone, gets back to you with answers in a timely manor. Signing went perfectly. Showing were well scheduled. I would definitely work with him again.
