They were just really busy, poor lady behind the desk was on a phone call that seemed to be a bit difficult she smiled and took it with grace. Hotel was very clean. The camaraderie between the staff was legit, they really seemed to enjoy working together. Its nice to see that exists!”

“They're usually pretty good, best times of day to go are between 9 am to 11 am, 1pm-4pm. And maybe after 8 pm. I base that on the traffic in that area. If you go during peak hours, when traffic is hardest, expect to wait in the drive thru for about 10 minutes or more. They are a truck stop after all and right off the interstate makes them a prime target for traffic. They have never gotten my order wrong and are always polite. I always choose this location over others in Georgetown”

“My husband and I had just returned to Kentucky from Ohio. We were tired and hungry. There were not a lot of people in line but there was an extended wait time. However the young man who waited on us was phenomenal, awesome, exceptional. His customer service was great! He never became impatient or frustrated despite working the Cash register alone. He made the best strawberry shake we have had. He should be the face of customer service for McDonald's! Kudos to him!!!!”

Everything was easy to find and so organized. The young lady that checked me out, her name was Brittany. I couldn’t never brag on this young girl enough. First time I ever visit there she was there and she helped me find a few things I was looking For and she was so nice about it. The last time I went she checked me out and she again was so nice, she talked to me with manners and made me want to always come back. She has a great attitude and definitely a people person. You can tell she care about her job and the store in general. I would recommend anyone to shop at this store, great place, great prices and a great worker that will make you want to always come back”

They've been helpful, in fact I've actually had them rush things for me or my children. They're the only Kroger in town and they have limited staff, that's something people may need to keep in mind. All I can say is that they've consistently been great for me.”
