Pure Rentals

I did not get the same RV of the 1 star review. That I am certain of. We did have an issue where the RV kept dying on idle. It ended up being the air filter, I replaced it and was reimbursed without question. I am not happy with "Cruis America." However, what Pure Rentals did was a hopefully expected experience. There was a slight disagreement on generator hours but they swiftly trusted me and rectified the situation. I was also late due to a family emergency the day prior. They were very understanding of that. If you are in the area and need a Uhaul I would definetly suggest Pure Rentals just based on how they treated me with my Cruise America rental.
