Staff is superb and takes their time to help you and answer all of your questions. Great customer service. Their handbags and bags are top notch.

I was delighted to find Nicole in the shop, as she has been such a great help to me when I've shopped for equipment in the past. The store itself is gorgeous, harness lining the walls and handbags of every color. I have long trusted Freedman's quality and craftsmanship for my horse equipment but this trip was was to treat myself. Nicole helped me choose a the perfect bag, a timeless style in a new color for spring. Thank you, Freedman's! I appreciate the time and attention that I receive every time I shop.
