(March 10, 2022, 8:33 pm)I went in for dizziness. I made the appointment the same day, went in, and waited for maybe 5 minutes. The nurse was very nice, took all of my information and my symptoms. She was very professional and kind. I then waited for the doctor for maybe 5 minutes. She was very nice, and was very thorough. She gave me information on what I needed to do for my vertigo, and a prescription for my medicine. The next day, I saw the doctor in the store and she stopped me to ask me how I was feeling, which was very nice. Then tonight, 3 days later, I got a call from the nurse to make sure I was feeling ok. This by far has been the best experience at an urgent care clinic I have had. I really appreciate everyone I dealt with that day. They made me feel like I was important and were very sympathetic. Thanks again ladies for everything!
