I had a marvelous teller at the window and it really changed my attitude about this bank. I have a paper to be notarized this week and I hope that goes smoothly. Prior to this November I was thinking about closing out three accounts and looking for a better bank. Wells Fargo used to be a great bank but I don’t know what has happened to them.”

He did an awesome job but it was obvious he shouldn't have been there by himself because we ran into some issues and he tried his hardest to correct it but we figured it out together but I wanted to let you know throughout the whole situation he was very polite and sweet as can be. I believe with a little bit more training you will have yourself another great employee maybe even a great manager. I just wanted to let you know he was awesome and very polite. He did a great job.”
