“I’ve used this credit union since I moved here in 2006. They have always been great! When I had some issues concerning depositing an out-of-state check, they went to great lengths to help. The fees are small, including their identity protection, and they are very friendly. I don’t know why anyone uses a regular bank instead of a credit union, you are throwing away your money! And this one is wonderful! Although I will say I don’t like the new name - it sounds like it was created by a p.r. committee and not thoroughly vetted, and it’s hard to remember as it’s not a real word - but the colors are great, and the business is too so I’ll let the new name go.”

“Formally a competitor's gas station remodeled and made to a speedway. I have to say this has been cleaned up nicely. If anyone has the pleasure of having "Pat" as their cashier, she is helpful and very friendly. I frequent speedways a lot, so far this has been my 3rd favorite location. Unfortunately there are locations where the staff aren't so nice. Within due time, I believe this will change.”

“I am a newer Huntington customer (business and personal) and I just have to share my experience with the Walton branch. They are wonderful, they go above and beyond to build relationships with their clients. One example of the exceptional service and dedication to their customers is the fact that they review each situation as if it were happening to them personally. I made large transfer from my checking to my online brokerage account, which I had offset by a transfer from another online account into my checking. The funds coming in were delayed and didn’t arrive in time, which caused my transfer out to be returned. It was completely my fault and without the help from Nathan and Emily, along with other Branch Managers, this could’ve really spiraled into something really unfortunate. I just want to say thank you for the outstanding service! You have earned a customer for life.”

You can get a candy bar get a pound of bologna a good cup of coffee a pop from The Fountain area get a beer if that's your preference and a good cigarette or get a cigar. And you can even use the restroom if you need it.”

In fact they treat you like Family and I like that. The wait time has never been longer than 10 minutes, and that was with a rather long line and only 2 tellers. “Never make the mistake of calling chase customer service for anything. The banker at this chase bank was extremely helpful and provided me the info I needed. Their customer service hotline isn't helpful at all. If you have any issues talk to the banker directly. I went in early morning and didn't wait long to speak to anyone. “although a little crowded right before closing for the day, it was a pleasant experience and very professional. as my personal banking choice, it's the place to have an account of any type if you want security. very strict, very thorough, online banking and bill pay have some stipulations in place that are more than the usual security. as a matter of fact, it is very difficult to have a another institution deposit money without difficulty if you have to go through a PLAID verification. PNC and plaid do not communicate it cost me $1,000 loan even though I was approved, PNC would not allow the deposit. five stars for everything else”
