I called and set up a time to get an appraisal. It was a quick and easy process. I provided my insurance information and scheduled dropoff, that was it. The customer service was very professional. They were straightforward and communicated with me throughout the process, sending pictures and calling. Lastly, I called the week before and I was told it was likely a 6-7 day job by someone I spoke to on the phone with, but it ended up being two weeks. “This is the second car I have taken to Rob for transmission work. He repaired my 2007 Fusion around 150K miles, that car now has over 340K miles and still runs strong. Bought another Fusion, 2014 with 148K miles with the transmission not working, took it straight to Rob and Barb. Car was repaired in a timely manner and came in on budget. Very easy to communicate with and both are very professional. When picking up the car, Rob was very informative and we discussed the work that was completed. “I drove up there from Henry county to buy a tire because my tire had a screw in it less than one inch from the sidewall. Upon further inspection, they noted that the leak was not coming from the screw (it didn't fully puncture the tire), it was coming from the bead. They dismounted the tire, cleaned up the corrosion on the rim and remounted it, fixing the leak. I am highly appreciative of their honesty, would recommend.”
