“Visited shortly after moving to TN from Alaska. I was coming back from Michigan one weekend and stopped at this gas station for food and to use the restroom. I remember turning around and thinking, “Wow, it’s the Kentucky Speedway!” as I got out of my car. A nice man saw my AK license plate and asked why the heck I was in KY. Then he said, “Welcome to Kentucky.” It was a pleasant interaction and gave me the impression that Southerns were friendly. Oh, and the fried chicken and mozzarella sticks were delicious!!! I enjoyed the souvenirs as well.”

“This store is drastically better than it was before the remodel. It got to the point where I just stooped going to this place. The store was disorganized, merchandise on the floor, nothing where it was supposed to be. When you would walk in the front door you would run right into the checkout lines. On top of that the store felt dingy and dirty. Happy to say all those things have changed for the better. Except for the clutter. Sure is taking a long time to get all there stock put on the shelves. There are 3 or 4 aisles you can't even really go up and down. It does seem like they are trying to get things right. Finally. Hope this was helpful in some way.”

They always have a great selection, good sales, and if you get the product home, ecstatic about your new matte lipstick in Nude (because that's what's trending on TikTok) but you look nothing like the gorgeous girl with the full lips, as a matter of fact, the matte nude lipstick has made your lips disappear into the oblivion!!! “The Young girl with brown hair and tattoos on her arms was Very very customer experience focused because that girl working the restaurant section was one of the most helpful and genuine Service employees I have interacted with in as long as I can remember. Enough so I made a point to leave every review, I hope her attitude and candor are noticed and appreciated because she went above and beyond. I accidentally ordered the wrong item,and she Refused to allow me to just accept the sandwich and remade it for me, and was very sociable and walked me and my purchases out to my car, so I would not have to make two trips. I can't speak to the amenities for truckers, like showers, but the bathrooms were clean and the staff was exceptionally friendly. The folks stopping through were all good friendly people too, I ended up having a nice conversation while picking out a drink before I got back on the road. From the old reviews this sounds like a place to avoid, but my experience today has me planning on making this my pit stop on the way back.”
