“I do not understand all of the extremely negative reviews of the Walgreens in Carrollton, KY. I have visited several times this year, for scrips and other items, and my experiences were positive. The pharmacy staff has proven to be patient, informative, and courteous. The checkout staff up front are very friendly and super nice. Walgreens is a nice, clean store with great products. I often do some grocery shopping there to avoid Kroger. If customers are having great difficulty with a scrip, they should contact their provider to see if there is a holdup on that end. At times, my PCP staff was on lunch, so there was a bit of delay in faxing my scrip. A lady pharmacist once worked through her lunch to make sure she caught my scrip when it arrived. I love Walgreens Carrollton.”

“This store has everything. Some medical supplies and some hardware items a dinner and grocery items, hand dipped ice cream and sandwiches in the cooler, and more stuff that you have to see. Has sells gas and diesel fuel. Handicap parking and handicap accessibility. Well lighting outside the store and fuel island, and best of all. There are open 24 hours a day. Seven days a week. If I need anything, this is where I go anytime, day or night.”

“Had most items I needed, wide variety of items to choose from in the larger sizes but the more affordable size Laundry and household items are usually not on shelf, the shelves were bare in those things of the Brands most people need. Although the savings is still just as affordable in price comparison as Walmart. They had a new employee who checked me out, she was very friendly and not as unprofessional or rude as the other employee that I would sometimes get . She was friendly, seemed happy to have a customer that uses coupons although they were digital. Not seeming as if it was wrong to use them. It was pretty clean just have to manouver around carts that were needing stocked. They do walk around and tell you that you only have 10 minutes left or however many minutes, if I'm there near close tho. There was not as long of a wait time in line at that time tho , so I can get what I need and get right out. I would shop there again but if you're looking for regular size items, shop earlier in the week.”
