“Had such a great experience at this Orthodontic office. Being a dental assistant myself I can tell when the staff is being thorough and caring. Hannah was my assistant today, she took my X-rays, listened to me complain about my jaw pain and laughed along with me, she was very easy going and made the process easy and fun. Dr Mason did my exam and was very thorough, made sure he had a great treatment plan for my teeth and was completely honest about what to expect, which I greatly appreciate in this field. He was very nice, answered my million questions even when they didn’t relate to ortho necessarily. After my exam was over Ariana drew up the financials for me and made sure I had the cheapest breakdown possible, so I wouldn’t be stressed over affording the clear aligners. Everyone treated me amazing with big smiles on their face, while wearing the proper PPE and being very clean! Great staff, HIGHLY recommend for all your ortho needs!”

“Hello Today was the first time I visited Mortenson Dental in the Crestwood neighborhood and I must say this they're were the friendliest and kindest group and very very helpful. The Doctor was THE BEST at asking questions about your dental needs and very caring about other health issues. The assistants were also some of the best help you could ask for. They also made sure that I knew about the assistance they have to help with the pay. Once I maxed out with my insurance coverage,I asked if they offered any payment plans and YES they have a program that will help you make the payments according to your income. “Dr Dowden repaired a painful area of my gum that I had been dealing with for 11 years. This has changed my life. My gum was so painful I could barely chew on that side of my mouth nor brush near it. Now I can chew food again where the repair was done and brush in that area. The area of my gum that was repaired was below a dental implant of my left second molar. Dr Dowden grafted tissue to my gum and that resolved the problem. I was anxious about having the procedure done due to the pain in my gum. I called in to Dr Dowden’s staff prior to the procedure and expressed this. I was assured Dr Dowden goes out of his way to eliminate pain. I then chose to have a local anesthetic. Dr Dowden gave be multiple shots of Novocain. After each shot, Dr Dowden tested and asked me if I had any pain. Thanks to Dr Dowden, I had no pain. I originally went to Dr Dowden for a second opinion. My first opinion involved temporarily removing my implant in order to do a bone graft. I am so glad I went with Dr Dowden’s approach. It was much less invasive than having the implant removed for a repair that possibly would not have fixed my problem.”
