He takes the time to not only explain a plan for you, he uses as most doctors do, an anatomical model for a clearer understanding of my condition and what the procedure he is believes is best for me. He doesn't seem like he is trying to rush you at all, very calm and relaxed, and he answered all of my questions clearly.
