“Our family was seeking multiple quotes for outside breaker box and meter replacement after another well known company failed to keep two scheduled appointments. Miles' quote was not only very reasonable, but also the most detailed with materials and cost breakdowns and labor charges as well. The competition gave us very generic two or three sentence quotes and not even within the promised delivery date. Some were comparable in price and others were significantly higher. Miles was also the first one to come out and perform the quote and explained everything in easy to understand language. He is very personable and seems to be a straight shooter. Once the work began, Miles had the job done a bit before the estimated end of day deadline which was one full day of work for this job 9-5. We got a bit of unfortunate news, not his fault, but that did not increase his quote at all, which was our final price. However, that bit of bad news necessitated our need to contact him again several hours after he'd left to return and check on a few things. Turns out our house has aluminum wires, bummer. Anyway, he came back out that same night and fixed the few issues we were having with some internal power outages free of charge. TLDR: Miles is a straight shooter that will explain things in an easy to understand manner. He's dedicated to doing the job right and making sure the customer is satisfied. Highly recommend!”

They were at my home in Largo, FL yesterday for repair work in the aftermath of Hurricane Ian (please note, they are based in KY and I am in FL...). When they arrived, we were told that there was an issue with the connection between the main line in my neighborhood and the line connecting to my house. They then explained that it had been fixed previously, but not well, and that we were lucky nothing bad had happened prior to all of this. There is no amount of gratitude I have for not only restoring my power, but also preventing what likely could've resulted in a fire at any given point in the future.”
